These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Rentals platform, website, mobile application, and related vehicle-rental booking services (collectively, the "Platform").
The Platform is operated by Auto Rental Essentials LTD ("Auto Rentals", "we", "us", or "our") within the framework of the Auto Rentals Operators Association of Abuja (AROAA).
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a booking, or using any service provided through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform or book any service through it.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these Terms:
"Auto Rentals" means Auto Rental Essentials LTD, the operator of the Auto Rentals booking platform.
"AROAA" means the Auto Rentals Operators Association of Abuja.
"Platform" means the Auto Rentals website, mobile application, booking system, and related digital services.
"Customer", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses the Platform or books or uses a service through the Platform.
"Operator" means a registered and verified member of AROAA who provides vehicle-rental or transportation services through the Platform.
"Vehicle" means a vehicle approved and verified for use on the Platform by an eligible Operator.
"Booking" means a confirmed reservation made through the Platform for a vehicle or transportation service.
"Service" means any chauffeur-driven vehicle-rental or transportation service made available through the Platform.
